At EcoSeeds, we aim to ensure every customer is 100% happy with their purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Opened seed packets
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Perishable or personalised items
Damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
